Technical Support Engineer NXTBLOC, Aerated autoclaved concrete
JOB SUMMARY
1- Manage the company, s Technical Support and product and system development function to meet
performance.
2- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding
their needs.
3- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition
status.
4- Technical Product training for Internal (Sales team) as well as External teams (PMC/ Contractors/RMC).
5- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and
progress. Utilize industry best practices, techniques.
6- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns. Prepare and deliver
appropriate presentations on products and services.
7- Knowledge of AutoCAD to design or drafting product details.

Job Responsibility (Describe roles and responsibility)
1- Pre & sales Support (Technical solution/Proposals/ BOQ/ Product presentations/Site support/ project base
shop drawings).
2- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s
strong presence across India Architect meeting / product presentation/ client meetings/end users meeting
to promote Products.
3- Support to Sales team/Specification team in terms of technical meetings for product approval or product
specification.
4- Supervise Local contractor’s onsite product demonstration & installation. Administrative & Compliance
works including payment follow up.
5- New business development - R&D and development based on customer’s requirement and inter-regional.
